Trying to get my life back in order

so the title says I'm trying, and when you read it it sounds like I've just started this process... only I"m not that person who starts diets, and yo-yos.. I'm not that person who starts one thing and then another - I never really start anything I just sit at the planning stage for every... like right now I've been going to the gym for a month and a half It's great I'm doing well -I go 3 times a week and it's sorta helping with the appetite and cravings and what not - but I'm not really getting into 100 %.  I wish I could - I would - but I'm stuck at  - one day I'll get my life together, I'll get my health on track = one day... and until then I do one little thing here and another thing over there and if I'm lucky the two might collide, but that's still not the whole shebang....
